We’d Like to Introduce Ourselves…..
Thank you for taking the time to find out who we are at Summit Learning Center. Our center is owned by two women, Coley Stetler and Megan Snow, who also happen to be sisters with a passion for education! After spending many years in public education, we decided it was time to take our love for and knowledge of education and do something we loved with it. And from that came our idea for Summit Learning Center. Here is a little about who we are – and we look forward to learning about the families who join us too!
Coley Stetler
Coley Stetler has a Master’s in Education, plus an additional 30 graduate level credits in Education. She has taught for 12 years, with 9 of those years teaching early childhood. During her time as an early childhood educator, Coley was a special education and regular education teacher. It was in these years she discovered her love for working with young children and their families. She found it extremely rewarding to be a part of the growth children made each year and enjoyed the challenge of figuring out the best ways to support their learning. Coley is committed to the care and growth of the children she works with and is excited to offer families a quality early childhood experience.
Megan Snow
Megan Snow has a M. Ed. in School Counseling, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Education, and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Education with a focus on Prevention and Intervention. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Relations. She has worked in the field of education for almost twenty years, 15 of which were as a school counselor working with students in kindergarten to grade 8. She has a five-year-old daughter at home. Megan enjoys working with young children and their families. She has especially loved her work focusing on the social and emotional development of children and can’t wait to support the children and families of SLC.
